While studying at USC, there are three online services that you will be able to access using the username and password provided in your USC email offer - USC Central, student email and Blackboard. It is important you become familiar with these services to manage your progress and support your studies.
Follow these instructions to:
USC Central is where you provide and amend your personal and contact details, manage your enrolment, view your fees and access your financial information, grades (results), class and exam timetable.
Your enrolment in your Visiting or Cross-institutional course/s has been completed for you. Log in to USC Central to check that all of your details are correct including your personal and contact details and your course enrolment/s.
How do I log in to USC Central?
- From the USC website footer menu select on Login > USC Central. Login using the username and password in your USC email offer.
- Watch the Login to USC Central video in the USC Central Guide for a demonstration.
- Your Student Centre will now be displayed. Check that your details are correct including your personal and contact details listed under the My Personal Information heading.
- Watch the Navigate your USC Central Student Centre video in the USC Central Guide for instructions.
You will also have a ‘To Do’ list requiring you to complete your online Enrolment Declaration and confirm your statistical details.
If you are a Commonwealth Supported Cross-institutional student, you are required to complete an electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) and provide your Tax File Number.

If you are a Fee paying student your fees must be paid by the fee due date as shown on your invoice. If you are eligible and would like to defer the payment of your fees to a FEE-HELP loan you request FEE-HELP by completing your FEE-HELP electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) and entering your Tax File Number (TFN) in USC Central after accepting your offer.

We'll be in touch via email with more information on how to submit your class selection form once the class timetable is available for viewing in October. You can also view key dates in the Academic calendar.
For security reasons, your initial password provided in your email offer should be changed to a new one of your choice after you have checked your enrolment.

You have a USC student email account which the University will use to communicate with you. You are required to check your USC student email account regularly to stay informed.
How do I login to my student email?
You can access your student email 24 hours after confirming your enrolment.
From the USC website footer menu select Login > Email, or sign in directly via Email using the email address provided in your letter of offer and your new password. Consider bookmarking the log in page on your computers web browser to access important student notifications conveniently.
Blackboard delivers web access to:
- online study materials for lectures and tutorials
- student announcements and notifications
- additional course information and online training resources
How do I login to Blackboard?
You can access Blackboard 24 hours after confirming your enrolment.
From the USC website footer menu select Login > Blackboard, or sign in directly via Blackboard using the username provided in your letter of offer and your new password. Explore your course under the My Courses tab, access your Course Outline and view student notifications.
