We're part of global movement of more than 3 million people in 150 countries committed to defending human rights. We conduct research on abuses of human rights and mobilise supporters to create positive change. We meet weekly on Wednesday's in IG.02 at 11am.

Humans of USC

Humans of USC strives to enhance the social connection at USC through a social club which provides entertainment, events and activities, as well as a Facebook page full of interviews, competitions and blogs. #HoUSC #OnlyHuman

Mooloolaba Knights’ Lacrosse team

We are seeking enthusiastic people of all ages and abilities to join the Mooloolaba Knights’ Lacrosse team.

Be a part of the fastest, hardest hitting game on two feet. The Sunshine Coast Lacrosse Club trains every Sunday morning in Kawana and plays against teams in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.

Nursing and Midwifery Student Group The USC Nursing and Midwifery Student Group is focused on professional development, academic excellence, linking with industry, and developing opportunities for students to participate in community and research-based projects. Performing Arts Kollective Workshops (PAK)

PAK is the University of the Sunshine Coast's (USC) Performing Arts Kollective established and is run by USC students, for USC students. Focusing on bringing theatre to USC, PAK specialises in acting, dancing, theatre sports and singing. In the year of its formation (2012), PAK successfully staged two musical theatre Revues and a theatre Sports Competition.

In July (2013) the students staged USC’s first musical, Mel Brooke’s “Young Frankenstein”.

PAK offers every student an opportunity to perform with no experience needed.

Red Frogs Red Frogs Australia Chaplaincy Support Network has been working in Universities since 1997 and the Red Frog crew can be found in 130+ Student Residential Colleges spanning across 24 Universities in Australia.

SCUPA SCUPA is the Sunshine Coast University Paramedic Association, one of the Queensland branches of SPA (Student Paramedics Australasia). SCUPA aims to provide student support and professional development opportunities, and also organises social gatherings (such as the annual Paramedic Ball). We aim to connect paramedic students within the university, and also at the national level with students from other universities, qualified paramedics, and even future employers. USC International Relations

The USC IRS exists to create and foster a community encompassing students and professionals who are involved in or interested in International Relations. USC Rainbow Connection A social support group for students, staff and supportive friends and family.


USC Spartan Touch USC Spartan Touch invites all students and staff of the University to play Touch Football at a range of levels. These levels include: Social non-competitive mixed Touch games at the University Sports Stadium every Monday night at 6pm.

USC Spartan teams compete in a range of local Touch competitions, and travel away to compete at both the Northern and Australian University Games each year.
