Postage and Handling for online orders

  • Mail and Print Services use Australia Post to dispatch Course Readers and USC Polo Shirts (for placement students).
  • Course Readers and USC Polo Shirts (for placement students) are packaged and posted within one business day of placing an online order.
  • Parcels may be delivered within 3-5 business days, dependant on Australia Post.
Payment options
  • Counter sales - Eftpos or MyPrint credit. Cash is not accepted.
  • Online sales - Eftpos or MyPrint credit.

Course Reader - Exchange or credit guidelines

  • Course Readers may be refunded provided they are returned within 10 days of purchase in a re-sellable condition, accompanied by a receipt.
  • Refunds will be given as print credits to the students MyPrint account for future purchases at Mail and Print Services or at the self-serve printing facilities.
  • Credits on a MyPrint account are valid for the duration of the students enrolment at USC.
  • Credits, repairs or replacements will only be given for faulty books providing they are returned within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
  • MaPS reserve the right to assess the condition of returned books prior to offering a credit, repair or replacement. This may result in a credit, repair or replacement being refused.

USC Polo Shirt - Exchange or credit guidelines

  • USC shirts may be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned within 10 days of purchase in a re-sellable condition, accompanied by a receipt.
  • Refunds for USC Students will be given as credits to the students MyPrint account for future purchases at Mail or at the self-serve printing facilities. Credits on a MyPrint account are valid for the duration of the students enrolment at USC.
  • Refunds for USC Staff, will require a ‘Payment Claim for Staff’ form (Financial Services) to be filled out. Finance will transfer refund into staff members nominated bank account.
  • Credits or replacements will only be given for faulty shirts providing they are returned within 10 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
  • MaPS reserve the right to assess the condition of returned shirts prior to offering a credit or replacement. This may result in a credit or replacement being refused.
