Design your own CV by combining USC’s flexible Bachelor of Science with a second degree. You’ll learn the foundations of physics, chemistry, biology, ecology and mathematics, along with knowledge and skills in your choice of in Arts, Business or Laws.

Bachelor of Science

USC’s three-year Bachelor of Science gives you the flexibility to focus on the areas of science that interest you most. You’ll study the foundations of cell biology, chemistry, ecology, science research methods and maths, and learn practical scientific skills through laboratory work and field studies. Tailor your own degree with majors and minors in Biotechnology, Ecology, Food Security, Genetics, Sustainability and more.

Associate Degree in Science

If you haven’t studied much science, the two-year Associate Degree in Science is your pathway to a full degree or a career change. This program teaches you the foundations of biology, chemistry, science research methods and maths, along with the practical skills you’ll need to solve real-life scientific problems in a laboratory, in the field or in business. After you complete your Associate Degree, you’ll receive full credit towards and direct entry into the Bachelor of Science or another degree in your chosen field of study.

Bachelor of Science (Honours)

Are you dreaming of a career in scientific research? If you’ve completed your bachelor degree, the one-year Bachelor of Science (Honours) lets you carry out a specialised research project in your chosen area, and develop the advanced analytical, research and communication skills you’ll need in future.

Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Science (Honours) Deans Scholars

If you’re a high-achieving school leaver, you can fast-track your science studies with USC’s Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Science (Honours) Deans Scholars program. You’ll work alongside your own academic mentor to develop advanced scientific and research skills, as you complete two qualifications in just three years.
