Information for supervisors
Research training is central to USC’s research effort. USC undertakes research training that is internationally, nationally and locally significant under the banner of two broad themes: sustainabilty and regional engagement.
High quality research supervision, increasingly aligned with USC’s areas of research strength, is provided at USC in ways that enable research graduates to make strong contributions to research and development that advances academic enquiry and Australia’s economy, society, culture and environment.
Professional development resources for research supervisors are available via the Portal.
Please visit Research and Research Training > For HDR Supervisors > Supervision Resources for update links and login details to supervision websites.
The Research Degrees Committee holds a Supervisors Forum during O-Week each semester.
These forums are a great way to keep up to date with the latest Higher Degree by Research information and activities at USC.
If the menu and links on this page do not provide information supervisors seek, it may be accessed via the USC portal or direct contact should be made with the Office of Research.
