When you login to USC Central, this is the first page you see.

1. Menu

  • Personal information: View and edit your personal information such as addresses and telephone, and emergency contacts.
  • Enrol: Manage your enrolment.
  • Program: This is where you withdraw from the program.
  • Schedule: View your class and examination schedule.
  • Finances: View your fee invoices and financial details.

    Grades: View your final grades (results).

       

    2. Program and Enrolment
    • Weekly schedule: List of courses currently enrolled (this will be blank if you are not enrolled).
    • Access to weekly schedule.
    • Access to enrolment cart.

     

     

     

     

     

    3. Finances

    Account summary: View your fee charges on your account.

     

     

     

    4. Personal Information

    View and edit your mailing and permanent address *, telephone number, emergency contacts and your names **.

    * International Students cannot change their permanent address on USC Central. To change your permanent address complete a Change of Address Form and submit to Student Administration.

    5. Holds

    You can view the detail of Holds here. A student may have a hold imposed on their record for failure to pay by the due date:

    • your tuition fees
    • library fines
    • student loan repayments
    • field trips payments
    • or other invoiced amounts

    A hold on your record means that you will not be able to enrol and/or see grades for your courses. To have the student hold removed, you must pay all of your overdue fees and charges and advise the University that you have made the payment.
