Graduation ceremony dates
The next Graduation ceremony will be held on:
Friday 5 October 2012 - for students who successfully complete requirements for their degree in Study Period 1, 2012 (ceremony times to be advised).
You will receive a Statement of Completion letter at the end of your final semester / session shortly after results are released, confirming your eligibility to graduate. You will be invited to attend the graduation ceremony stated in your Statement of Completion letter.
If you are unable to attend the ceremony attached to your completion period, you will be graduated in absentia and the degree certificate (testamur) will be posted to the mailing address, as recorded on USCCentral, within 10 working days after the graduation ceremony. Your graduation invitation will be sent to your USC student email account six weeks prior to your graduation ceremony date. Please ensure all contact details on USC Central are up-to-date.
USC recommends graduands and families book travel arrangements to the ceremony only when the graduand's completion of program has been confirmed in writing.
