Guest tickets
USC welcomes guests from around Australia and the world on Graduation day to share in the celebrations and achievements of their friends and family.
Registering for guest tickets
Guest tickets are available to each graduand attending the ceremony. Each graduand is guaranteed four guest tickets. Graduands must confirm the number of guest tickets on the RSVP Form.
Delivery of guest tickets
Guest tickets are posted to graduands two weeks before the ceremony who have submitted their RSVP by the due date to the address they have registered on USCCentral. Students with a postal address outside of Australia and are attending the ceremony, will be able to collect their guest tickets on graduation day at the information booth located at the main entrance to the Stadium.
Guest ticket details
Guest tickets must be presented for admittance into the ceremony venue. Due to Occupational Health and Safety and fire safety regulations, seating in the Sports Stadium is limited. Guests must show their ticket to gain entry. Children four years and over require a guest ticket (please consider the length of the ceremony for children under the age of eight years).
Seating for guests is not allocated and is separate to the graduands. Guests are invited to attend the Graduation function held in the Piazza (Art Gallery courtyard) after the ceremony (weather-permitting).
Graduands please register on time at the graduand registration area at the Stadium to collect your allocated seat number.
