Credit transfer
At USC students can gain credit for some or all of their home country qualifications, 'top up' their studies and obtain a higher level qualification.
Apply for credit transfer
You may be eligible for credit if you have partly or fully completed a recognised course/program at college or university.
Depending on your prior qualifications or studies, you could 'top up' to a USC standard bachelor degree in as little as one calendar year.
Examples of qualifications that USC recognises for credit transfer include:
| Country |
Qualification |
| Canada |
Associate Degree |
| France |
DUT or BTS |
| Denmark |
Academy Profession Degree |
| Germany |
Berufsakademie Diplom |
| Sweden |
Högskoleexamen |
Credit transfer precedents
Find precedents in the credit transfer table (PDF 55KB) * for the institution (outside of Australia) where you have previously undertaken study.
If your home country or award is not listed please request an individual credit assessment from USC International. You may also be eligible for credit for TAFE / VET studies.
