If your application is not successful, USC will send an email outlining the reasons and suggesting pathways for future admission.

  2. apply for credit transfer (if applicable)
  3. pay tuition fees

Once you accept your offer, if you are studying on a student visa, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) which is the supporting documentation required for your student visa application.

If enrolling through a partner institution, your home institution may make arrangements for you. Please check with your home Study Abroad or International Office for details.

How to pay tuition fees

Fees must be paid in Australian dollars (A$), either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or by direct transfer to USC's account.

Payment advice will be sent with your offer. Fees must be paid once you have accepted your offer.

How to enrol in courses – undergraduate and postgraduate students

Once you have met the conditions of your offer, and paid your first semester tuition fees you will be able to acces your USC online student account USCCentral and register online for your courses.

Information on how and when to register online is sent with your Offer or pre-departure information.

As part of your enrolment, you need to register for the courses (subjects or classes) you will take during your first semester of study. You will also be able to choose lecture and tutorial times for each course.

After you have registered in courses, you will be able to view and print your class timetable.

Timetables can change, so you should re-check your timetable at the start of each semester.

For more information on how to enrol at USC, read the USCCentral New International Students Guide.

Conditional offers

In some cases, USC may make a conditional offer. This means your offer is subject to you meeting certain requirements before you can start your studies.

For example, where English language requirements have not been met, USC may make a conditional offer subject to you meeting those requirements. In this case, you should provide evidence, such as Academic English or IELTS test results, showing you have met the requirements.

Once all requirements have been met USC will issue a full offer.
