University is not just for school leavers. The average age of a USC student is 25, with 56% of students over the age of 21.*

USC offers a range of enabling courses to assist you in maximising your success in an undergraduate degree program.
The TPP is an alternative entry pathway to tertiary study for those that are unable to gain admission to a degree program via QTAC without first gaining additional qualifications.

Non-Year 12 applicants
You are considered to be a Non-Year 12 applicant if:
Non-Year 12 applicants applying for admission to an undergraduate program at USC must lodge an online application via the Apply by Web application service offered by QTAC.
If English is not your first language, you need to meet the mimimum English language requirements for your chosen program.

Applicants may be eligible to receive a bonus on their Tertiary Entrance Rank under University of the Sunshine Coast's Access USC Bonus Scheme.
Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP) graduate applications
If you have completed TPP and are applying for admission into an undergraduate program at USC, you must lodge an Application - Undergraduate (Direct) Form (PDF 118KB) ^ with Student Administration.
