Books and study resources

Textbooks, books, stationery, software and other study supplies can be purchased from the Co-op Bookshop, located on the ground floor of the Information Communications Technology Building (Building J).

Buy and sell second-hand textbooks and study resources using the student bulletin boards on the USC Portal. Or at the second-hand textbook hub at the Uni Club.

Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) and banking

On campus

ATMs are located on campus in the following locations:

  • Ground level of Building B
  • Inside the Brasserie

Refer to the campus map for the exact location.

Locally

ATMs can be found in the IGA supermarket, at the local shopping complex on the corner of Scholars and University Way in Sippy Downs. This is located next to the student accommodation complexes.

Several ATMs and banks can be found in the Chancellor Park Marketplace, within walking distance of the University at University Way in Chancellor Park.

Food and dining on campus

Hungry? USC's cafes and vending machines offer drinks, snacks, meals, coffees and treats to satisfy any craving.

Groceries

Supermarkets

Chancellor Park Marketplace is located within walking distance of the university at University Way in Chancellor Park. The shopping centre has a Woolworths supermarket, chemist, newsagent, banks, medical centre, tavern and much more.

An IGA supermarket and other retail and take away food stores are located in a convenient centre near the student accommodation complexes on the corner of Scholars and University Way in Sippy Downs.

On the Sunshine Coast, the main chain supermarkets are Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Bi Lo and IGA. You will find one of these stores and local delicatessens, bakeries, grocers and specialty food suppliers in most shopping complexes locally.

Local markets

Local grower and farmer's markets are held weekly around the Sunshine Coast. Hand select fresh fruit and vegetables, local produce, gifts and homewares from the wide range of colourful stalls. Find a local market close to you.

Postage and mail

If you have a letter to post, visit mail and print services, located on the ground floor of the Information Communications Technology Building (Building J).

Postage stamps can be purchased at the Co-op Bookshop.

Printing

Printing and binding services are available through mail and print services.

Lost and found

Lost property can be handed in or collected from mail and print services.
