On-campus student support
Students can access support services and administrative help at the Student Administration and Student Life and Learning counters in Student Central.
Student Central is located on the ground level of Building C.
Student Administration or Student Life and Learning—what's the difference?
Student Administration will help you with:
- applications
- fees
- enrolments
- scholarships
- graduation
Opening hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–5pm
Tuesday: 8:30am to 7pm (during Week 1–Week 13 of semester)
Friday: 8.30am–4.30pm
Student Life and Learning provides support for:
- academic skills (located on the ground level of Building C)
The following support is provided at the ground level of Building J.
- careers and employment
- counselling
- health and wellbeing
- disability and equity
- Indigenous students
Opening hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8.30am–5pm
Wednesday: 10am–5pm

If you are an international student, visit International Student Services, located on Level 1 of the Information and Communications Technology Centre (Building J).
