The Australian Medicines Handbook (AMH) is Australia's national formulary, a joint project of the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA), the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australasian Society of Clinical and Experimental Pharmacologists and Toxicologists (ASCEPT).
It provides a "concise, comparitive, up-to-date source of independent drug information intended to facilitate safe, effective and economical prescribing and dispensing" in Australia (About Us-Australian Medicines Handbook). |
