Stage 1

Stage 1 was completed in December 1995 at a total construction cost of A$10.5 million.

Stage 2The Library is located on the central spine of the USC campus.

Stage 2 was completed in January 1997 at a total construction cost of A$5 million.

Stage 5The ICT Building (Building J), the tallest building on campus, shows the University signage and is located next to the Art Gallery.

Stage 5 was completed in March 2004 at a budgeted construction cost of A$15.549 million.

Athletics track

The IAAF-approved athletics track was completed in February 1999 at a total construction cost of A$1.1 million.

Innovation Centre

The Innovation Centre was completed in May 2001 at a total construction cost of A$6.718 million.USC's Innovation Centre signage and building.
