IT support for USC students

Information Technology Services (IT Services) delivers and supports a range of corporate applications, desktop computing services, audio-visual services, network services (including internet and wireless access) and telephone services, made available to staff and students.

First point of contact for IT support services is delivered through two locations:

Students should contact the Student Help Desk, located at the Information Desk in the Library.

Staff should contact the IT Service Desk, located on Level 4 of the the ICT Building (Building J).
