IT support
Information Technology Services (IT Services) deliver and support a range of corporate applications, desktop computing services, audio-visual services, network (including internet and wireless access) and telephone services, that are made available to staff and students.

Service support
IT service support is provided from two contact points.
Students should contact the Student Help Desk, located at the Library Information Desk in the Library.
Staff should contact the IT Service Desk, located on Level 4 of the the ICT Building (Building J).
