Australian Graduate Survey Prize Draw
University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) graduates who fully complete and submit a 2012 Australian Graduate Survey (AGS) April version either online or as a paper questionnaire between 2 April 2012 and 30 April 2012 will be entered in a random draw for a $500 VISA gift card or one of twenty-five $50 JB Hi-Fi gift cards. Prize winners may convert their gift card to a donation towards a USC equity and low-income scholarship and, in so doing, assist others in achieving a degree from USC.
- By completing this survey you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions. Instructions on how to enter and details advertising the survey form part of the conditions.
- The University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) is the promoter.
- Entry is free (other than the cost of completing the survey which is the entrant’s responsibility).
- Entry is open to USC students who completed the requirements of a degree in the second half of 2012 who subsequently have been invited to participate in the 2012 AGS April survey round.
- To enter you must complete and submit the survey by the closing date either online or by hard copy.
- Entries containing incorrect contact details, incomplete fields or offensive material will be deemed invalid.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The winner will be selected by a random process.
- Prize details are a $500 VISA gift card or one of twenty-five $50 JB Hi-Fi gift cards alternatively the dollar value of the prize can be donated towards the USC equity scholarship fund.
- Any change in value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
- The competition commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 2 April 2011.
- The competition will close at 11.59pm AEST on 30 April 2012.
- The prizes will be drawn on 7 May 2012 at USC Sippy Downs Campus, Sippy Downs, QLD 4556.
- If more than 1 prize is offered the major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes will be drawn in descending order of number and value.
- The winner/s will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize winner/s will be contacted by phone or email within 2 weeks of the draw. Prizes will be distributed by mail to the most recent address held by the University or as advised by prize winners.
- If any prize winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will be held for that prize. The redraw prize winner will be randomly selected and notified within 2 weeks of the redraw.
- Competition results will not be published. Enquiries in relation to competition results may be sent to graduatesurvey@usc.edu.au
- All entries become the property of the promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
- If due to circumstances beyond the control of USC, the integrity or administration of the promotion is adversely affected, USC may suspend the promotion. USC may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- Where personal details of entrants are provided as part of the competition, USC will comply with its Information Privacy Policy.
