Profile
As the Director of Student Services, Eva-Marie is responsible for overseeing student support programs and initiatives which complement the teaching and learning activities of the University.
Eva-Marie has over twenty years experience in the health and disability sectors in Queensland including both case work and senior management roles with the Wesley Breast Clinic, the Royal Blind Foundation, and Queensland Health. She was a foundation Management Committee member of the Health Informatics Society of Australia (Queensland).
Eva-Marie’s research interests are in public health and community mental health. She received her doctorate in Social Science from the University of Queensland, School of Social and Behavioural Sciences. She also serves on a number of community engagement committees.
Eva-Marie is Queensland President of Relationships Australia, a member of the Management Committee of Spiral Inc. (disability support), and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
