Student drop-in sessions
Student Services staff and Academic Skills Advisers
Drop-in sessions of 15 minutes duration are available with most Student Services staff, including Academic Skills Advisers from 12noon–1pm, Monday to Friday.
Counsellors / Disability Services
Drop-in sessions of 20 minutes duration are available with Counsellors / Disability Services from 1–2pm, Monday to Friday. No appointments are necessary and Counsellors are available to see students for brief, 20 minute consults on a first come, first served basis.
Counsellors are not able to fully discuss complex issues during a drop-in consultation but they can assist with brief intervention and arrange a follow-up appointment if required. Students need to anticipate that there may be a waiting period before a follow up appointment is available.
