Engagement
The Faculty of Arts and Business is committed to involving community and industry groups in its programs, research, and outreach. This relationship is crucial to the success of the Faculty.
Engagement by the Faculty brings the resources of the University to the community, and vice versa, and helps students obtain skills for entering the workforce.
Many of our programs have internship elements that give students the opportunity to gain hands-on work in their areas of study, while contributing to the community.
Engagement is integrated into teaching and research by many of our staff.
The Faculty has industry links with a number of organisations in the community, which continue to enhance our programs, and is committed to developing further links in the community.
