In 2011, four out of the ten most popular academic programs pursued by USC students are headquartered in School of Health and Sport Sciences located within the new Health and Sport Tower.

Just as these students will benefit from the state-of-the-art teaching and training facilities that the School of Health and Sport Sciences has to offer, the Sunshine Coast region will enjoy a greater number of better trained professionals, and world class research in the fields of health and sport sciences.

2011 has also welcomed the completion of the School of Health and Sport Sciences newest training and research facilities, including the Olympic-standard swimming pool and the Paramedic Science teaching and research facilities. The 10-lane, 50-metre pool is heated to cater for year round use and is located adjacent to the Health and Sports Tower.
