The Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President provides professional and administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor and to senior University staff in the governance and management of the University.
The Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Greg Hill, is the Chief Executive Officer of the University and is responsible for the institution's strategic development as well as its day to day operations. The Vice-Chancellor and President's portfolio includes:
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor
- Pro Vice-Chancellor (International and Quality)
- Pro Vice-Chancellor (Corporate Services) and Chief Financial Officer
- Pro Vice-Chancellor (Engagement)

- Executive Projects Unit
The Manager, Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President provides executive level administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor.
The Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor and President provides executive level administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor and Manager.
The Executive Support Officer provides reception services and administrative support within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President.
The Administration Cadet provides reception services and administrative support within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor and President.
