Australian Copyright Council
The Australian Copyright Council produces information sheets on many aspects of copyright law that are downloadable from their site.
There is also a section on world copyright news, and information about other ACC publications available for purchase or to subscribers.
Intellectual Property Australia
IP Australia is the federal government agency that grants rights in patents, trademarks, designs, and plant breeders' rights.
This site includes information about intellectual property, as well as searchable databases of patents, designs and trademarks.
It also has a comprehensive list of links to Australian and international sites related to intellectual property.
The World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) is responsible for the promotion of the protection of intellectual property throughout the world through cooperation among states, and for the administration of various multilateral treaties dealing with the legal and administrative aspects of intellectual property.
