Workshop focuses on evaluating events

Following the overwhelming response to the University of the
Sunshine Coast's call to establish an events network on the Coast,
USC is presenting the first in a series of presentations and
workshops being offered by the USC Events Network.
The first workshop focuses on event evaluation and will be
presented by Professor Leo Jago from Victoria University.
Professor Jago, who has extensive experience in event
evaluation, will present an overview of the various practices and
procedures of triple bottom line event evaluation.
He will also talk about the use of event evaluation computer
software which allows peoples to generate their own event
evaluation questionnaires and surveys for any event.
The two-hour session, from 8am next Tuesday, 18 October, is open
to anyone interested in event management.
Cost is $10 payable at the door by cash or cheque. The workshop
will be in Lecture Theatre 1, Business Building (K) USC campus,
Sippy Downs Drive, Sippy Downs.
