O-Week 2005
11 February, 2005
The University of the Sunshine Coast's Orientation Week 2005
promises to be packed with activities and information for new
students, their families and friends.
The emphasis will be on ensuring new students are aware of all
the support and facilities available to them, and of course there
are social activities planned for each day too.
Whether it is an information session on survival skills for
students, signing up to a sporting group, taking a tour of the
campus or meeting other students who are studying the same
subjects, O-Week is a chance to start university on the right
foot.
The week is packed with activities, seminars, presentations and
workshops.
Each faculty will hold its own induction session and there is an
Introduction to the Library Tutorial planned for each day.
On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the campus will be filled
with stalls and plenty of entertainment.
New students received the Orientation Week schedule in their
enrolment package and further information is available on this
website.
