Late applications still being accepted
2 February, 2006
Deadline now extended to Friday, 24 February.
Although the second and final round of official university offers have been made by QTAC (Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre), you can still apply directly to the University of the Sunshine Coast to begin studying on 20 February.
Despite a significant increase in the number of students applying to USC in 2006, there are still places available due to an increase in the total number of student places allocated to USC last year by the Federal Government.
The University has already offered more than 2300 applicants the opportunity to begin their degree in Semester 1, 2006.
Their first taste of university will begin during Orientation starting 13 February.
If you have been thinking about applying, why not do it now?
In three years time you'll be three years older - but you could be three years older with a university degree and a whole new career ahead of you.
Contact Student Administration at the University for information on how you can make a direct application to begin studying this month.
Not ready to start so soon? Then what about mid-year entry?
The University has a second intake of students in July. Applications for mid-year intake at USC will open through QTAC on 24 April and close on 5 June. Semester 2 begins on 17 July.
