Voices on the Coast, the Sunshine Coast's favourite literary festival, is on again and the University of the Sunshine Coast will play host to hundreds of visiting school students.

The festival starts on Monday 29 May from 9am at USC. The final event of the festival is the literary breakfast at Maroochy Surf Club on Saturday 3 June.

Maroochy Mayor Joe Natoli will officially launch the 2006 Voices on the Coast Youth Literature Festival on Monday 29 May at 6pm in the Innovation Centre Auditorium at USC.

Sunshine Coast locals Heather Gall (illustrator) and Jill Morris (author) will both launch new books at the launch.

Tickets to some events are still available: visit www.immanuel.qld.edu.au/voices for festival details or email voices@immanuel.qld.edu.au or call 5477 3437 for further information and bookings.

This year's festival features:
Karen Brooks
Gary Crew
Mem Fox
and Leonie Norrington, just to name a few...

Voices on the Coast is proudly presented by Immanuel Lutheran College and the University of the Sunshine Coast.
