Students encouraged to complete new USC survey

The Student Experience Survey should help minimise the number of surveys students are asked to complete

4 September 2007

University of the Sunshine Coast students have been urged to complete a new Student Experience Survey which is being sent to them via email this week.

This confidential questionnaire, which is expected to take 10-15 minutes to complete, is set to become an annual University-wide survey of undergraduate students.

Survey responses will be used by USC’s Strategic Information and Analysis Unit (SIAU) to assess the needs of various groups of students and help the University provide better services to all students.

A high response rate to the Student Experience Survey also should help minimise the number of surveys that students are asked to complete each year.

Those who have not received the survey via email can contact USC strategic information analyst Otto Wirgau on <owirgau@usc.edu.au>.
