U3A presents bursaries to second-year students
The University of the Third Age (U3A) has continued its tradition of presenting bursaries to second-year University of the Sunshine Coast students.
The bursary recipients this year are Renee Anderson (Bachelor of Communications, majoring in journalism), Kim Gussy (Bachelor of Health, majoring in health promotion) and Danielle Tracey (Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing).
Outgoing U3A President Luke Flanagan presented the three students with bursaries of $750 each at the U3A annual general meeting on Saturday 17 March.
“This is an indication of the close relationship between U3A Sunshine Coast and the University," he said.
