Keynote speaker Sandra Birkensleigh of Pricewaterhouse Coopers will focus on the outlook for superannuation, providing insights for business people from all professions at the monthly forum at USC’s Innovation Centre auditorium.
Ms Birkensleigh will draw on her 20 years experience at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where she is the Global Lead Partner for Governance Risk and Compliance Practice.
During her career, Ms Birkensleigh has been responsible for the development of the global compliance review and assurance methodology, and she has written and presented extensively in the area of compliance risk management.
She is well recognised for providing advice on all aspects of governance and compliance frameworks including design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.
The forum will cost $33, which also covers light refreshments during networking. Registrations are required by contacting USC’s Faculty of Business on 5430 1221.
The University of the Sunshine Coast, in association with CPA Australia and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, hold the Business Professionals’ Forums once a month.
The forums give Coast business people an opportunity to hear high-profile guest speakers addressing issues of relevance, and to spend time networking.
