USC Council to appoint new Vice-Chancellor
University of the Sunshine Coast’s Chancellor John Dobson will officially announce the appointment of USC’s new Vice-Chancellor tomorrow (Friday 28 May).
This will be an historic moment for the University, which will soon farewell its founding Vice-Chancellor Professor Paul Thomas AM when he retires next month.
The new Vice-Chancellor will take over the administrative reins of Australia’s fastest-growing University, which is expected to double its student population over the next decade.
The USC Council received more than 20 high-quality applications from across Australia and internationally for this position.
