Information evening for Gympie residents
Gympie residents can find out all they need to know about studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast on Wednesday 4 May from 5.30pm to 7pm.
The University will hold an information evening at the Gympie Civic Centre, Mellor Street, where USC staff and students will be available to talk one-on-one with prospective students.
USC Acting External Relations Manager Julie Flanagan encouraged Gympie people to ask questions about the University’s industry-focused degrees, awarded academics, student support and overseas study programs.
She said USC had become a popular study destination for Gympie residents of all ages seeking a variety of degrees.
“We continually get positive feedback about USC’s personalised service, quality teaching and relaxed campus atmosphere,” Ms Flanagan said.
“You can find out how to apply to study at the University and the financial support and government assistance available to students.
“There will be plenty of information on courses such as Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP), which provides an alternative route into university for those who don’t meet formal admission requirements.”
To book, email options@usc.edu.au or call 5456 5000.
