The Sunshine Coast’s multi-national culture and natural environment attracted Noriko to USC.
“When I saw USC’s brochure, I thought ‘I want to go there!’ because of the rich, natural environment," she says.
“We can make friends who are from other countries … it’s a good exercise to improve our listening skills.”
Noriko really appreciates the help she has got from USC International.
“When we want to go on some trips, they (USC International) give us the most convenient information. They never give up listening to what we are trying to say … I really appreciate it," Noriko says.
“In Japan, even if we know about grammar, we don’t have the exercise in speaking. Here we can speak to someone who’s from a different country and improve our speaking skills.”
“Because the teachers taught us steadily, the skills we have learned here will never disappear!”
Noriko is amazed at the cultural differences in Australia.
“I’ve never seen people who are always wearing thongs, even in winter. Aussies are always wearing thongs!," she says.
Noriko would definitely recommend USC to future students.
“There is no place to study in such a good natural environment, except for USC.”
