Trish Wilson

Trish Wilson is a registered nurse and midwife with qualifications in counselling and loss and grief studies. She spent eight years in the counselling team at the Wesley Hospital, which included supporting patients and families who were dealing with wellness, adversity and facing death. Trish lectured in the Loss & Grief program at the University of Queensland and also coordinated the University of Queensland Graduate Health Studies Program from 2002 until 2006. Since 2005, Trish has been in private practice as a grief counsellor, with much of her work focusing on supporting families who are faced with the death of a child. Trish currently serves as the Clinical Services Manager as part of the Bloomhill Cancer Care Management team.
