All USC campuses are Water Refill Campuses, providing a variety of alternative options to purchasing commercial bottled water on campus. This initiative aligns with the University's goal to reduce waste going to landfill and empowers the USC community to be environmentally responsible through providing a variety of alternative choices. By choosing to refill your water you can save money and help us to prevent approximately 40,000 plastic water bottles per year going to landfill.
In partnership with Water3, the University is showing commitment and leadership to sustainability through providing a true alternative to bottled water. The Water3 machines offer chilled spring still and sparkling water for a minimal cost to users . USC provides a mix of free chilled, filtered water refill stations, aqua bubblers (bottle refilling stations) and water fountains across multiple campuses.
USC Caboolture: Chilled water refill stations are available for free at multiple locations on campus. There is also a Water3 machine available.
USC Fraser Coast: Chilled filtered water refill stations are available outside Building C.
USC Gympie: Chilled spring water available on level 1 in the main building and in B Block.
USC Moreton Bay: Chilled water refill stations are available on each level.
