High-tech ‘Lab of Awesome’ to visit Gympie

Holiday activities in Gympie will receive a high-tech infusion with a visit by the University of the Sunshine Coast’s Lab of Awesome.
Filled with the latest digital gizmos and gadgets, the Lab will set up at USC’s Gympie campus on Wednesday 11 January, from 9.30am-3.30pm.
Artificial intelligence robots, virtual reality headsets and augmented reality glasses will give participants a thrilling insight into jobs of the future.
USC’s Engage Research crew will host the day of interactive activities for students aged from 12-17 years.
This event is free but places are limited and registration is essential.
