Nutrition for sporting performance

Did you know that we make upwards of 200 food related decisions every day? Gary’s workshop will help identify the key factors an athlete needs to consider when making food related decisions in their day to day life. Taking on board these issues will help to ensure athletes are making the most of their diet to support their sporting aspirations. Rest assured, it’s not about being perfect, it’s about making wise food and fluid related choices when you have to. This can be especially relevant for meals and snacks taken before, during and after exercise. Gary will also highlight a range of excellent resources to provide attendees with guidance on their sports nutrition needs.
