Creating cultural change from 'vulnerable' to 'awesome' in rural, regional and remote schools across Australia.
This study will use the dual methodology of Case Study and Grounded Theory to create new knowledge into how school principals from rural, regional and remote Australia have strategically improved student academic outcomes and workplace wellbeing. The purpose of this study is to create a signposted roadmap of successful and sequential strategies and focus areas that lead to implementing cultural change in similar education settings.
