Business Enterprise Day
Available for Year 10 students, Business Enterprise Day is a collaborative event between the Faculty of Arts and Business and the Business Educator’s Association of Queensland (BEAQ). Participating in Business Enterprise Day allows students to apply ‘real world’ stories to their school studies. This event highlights for students the diversity of careers and types of businesses in the region and encourages them to continue their business studies at school.

Communications Day is for Year 10 students and promotes the disciplines of Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing. Students have the opportunity to speak with a variety of industry representatives in the Communications field. This event encourages students to continue their study of related subjects at school.

Creative Industries Day
Years 10 and 11 students are invited to attend Creative Industries Day, which highlights exciting disciplines such as Drama, Design, Serious Games Development, Screen and Media Studies, and Creative Writing. Students will participate in workshops led by USC academic staff and gain insight into careers in these fields. This event encourages students to continue their creative industries studies at school.

Language Immersion Days
Year 10 and 11 students can immerse themselves in the Japanese, Indonesian and Italian languages by interacting with native speakers, and attending lectures, conversation classes and interactive activities.
