Tactics for developing resilience, leadership and study skills 

This workshop targets students entering Year 10 and 11 in 2021 to prepare for their last years of high school. The focus of this workshop is to equip students with the tools and strategies they require to revise and reinforce a range of study skills, assisting them to study more effectively and to consolidate their understanding in preparation for exams. It aims to help students improve their critical thinking skills and habits of mind, and to increase students' confidence in their ability to do well in these challenging times.

Facilitator

Raymart Walker has completed his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of International Studies at USC. He has been active in student success initiatives locally, nationally and internationally for several years. Raymart has had the opportunity to travel while studying at university, including two cultural exchanges to Japan as a New Colombo Plan scholar. He understands how to thrive in modern learning environments, and is passionate about global leadership and empowering others to achieve their goals.
