Staff wellbeing and counselling program

USC’s staff wellbeing and counselling program is a confidential resource available to all staff and their immediate household family members. The program is designed to assist you to enhance your individual health and wellbeing, and can support your entire work, health and life journey. The program is provided by an external company, Benestar.

BeneHub has a variety of health and wellbeing resources that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime from your preferred device via the Benestar app or website. On the Benehub you’ll find a variety of resources covering topics such as life, mind, body, work, relationships, family and money. These topics can be accessed through activities, learning modules, webinars, videos, toolkits, self-assessments, articles and podcasts.

You can also start a conversation via website chat by clicking on the green chat icon in the bottom right corner. Please note the chat icon is only displayed when coaches are online and available.

Cancelled and Missed appointments

Please note Benestar has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend an appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours, the appointment will account towards your allocated hours and charged to the University.
