Present like no-one's watching - taking the pain out of public speaking

Public speaking is one of the most feared of all human activities, which is why good speakers are so respected. They have conquered the fear and have dared to share their passion and vulnerability; they have experienced the liberation of being able to communicate.

This course will explain how you can deal with these anxieties, teach you relaxation techniques to express the real you and show you how to create an authentic rapport with your audience. This is a practical course conducted in a supportive environment. Individual feedback will be provided on the day.
