Sunshine Coast: annually in March

The Science and Engineering Challenge is a day-long competition designed to provide Year 9 and Year 10 secondary students with a positive experience of Science and Engineering. A maximum of 8 schools per day compete against each other at one central venue. The sessions are delivered by University of the Sunshine Coast, the University of Newcastle and Rotary Australia.

Audience: Year 9 and Year 10

Curriculum Alignment: Yes

Funding Source: USC’s Queensland STEM Education Network

Registration:  details will be emailed out to schools who have replied to EOI, early in Term 1. Fraser Coast schools will be contacted at this time also. You can also use the web form on this page to register your interest in future offerings.
