About the sessions

Thankyou. An Australian social enterprise on a mission to end global poverty, 100% of Thankyou’s profits from their products going to help people in need. They’ve given over $5.8 million to empower 785,568 people in need across 20 countries. Thankyou will share their journey – the challenges faced and the status-quo-breaking approach used to overcome.

Thankyou encourage young people to challenge their thinking, dream big and take action, showing them that changing the world is totally possible. On the day, students will reflect their ‘why’, and recognise how they can create social impact through simple, everyday choices.

This session will build upon the inspiring story of the Thankyou team with an interactive workshop facilitated by USC graduates who founded Australia’s leading Circular Economy company, Coreo.

They'll take students through practically applying the lessons from the morning session to their own life. The focus will be on idea generation, forward thinking and dreaming big. Inspiring and empowering them to create and take their ideas to the next level and set realistic goals to achieve.

Values aligned with the workshop:

  • Tenacity
  • Authenticity
  • Passion
  • Resilience
