Stay on top of key legal issues with USC’s exclusive professional development workshop on Dynamic Criminal and Civil Law Reforms.
The USC Law School in collaboration with Genesis Christian College is hosting a two hour session for legal studies teachers to keep you up to speed with relevant and topical legal matters.
Designed specifically for legal studies teachers, the workshop has been developed in alignment with the subject syllabus and will cover current legal topics including:
- The consolidation of recent domestic and family violence law reforms
- The application of the new offence of unlawful striking causing death
- The introduction of the new offence of industrial manslaughter
