High school attended: Fraser Coast Anglican College
Degree: Bachelor of Biomedical Science
Target graduation date: 2019
My journey: Ever since a child I have had an overwhelming passion for the way the world functions scientifically. After attending work experience with a medical professional in School, I soon realised that this was also what I wanted to pursue. I decided to come to USC and study Biomedical Science after attending school in Hervey Bay. I am currently proceeding into my third year, am enjoying it endlessly and excited to see the opportunities Biomedical Science holds for me.
Career aspirations: I aspire to combine my love of sport with a scientific basis and use that to become a specialist sports medical professional.
Why did you become an Ambassador? To show to the community how rapidly USC is expanding with so many fantastic degrees on offer. Being an Ambassador allows me to openly explain to future uni-goers the passion and traditions that live within USC that will only enrich their success in life.
What do you like about USC? The great number of different diverse groups of communities that exist within the University and how well these groups respect and uplift each other. USC allows me to live at home giving me plenty of time to balance Uni, work, friends and sport.
