Use this confidential form to let us know if you have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.

This includes situations where you may have had contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 or if you've recently been to a declared COVID-19 hotspot.

Make sure to detail which campus locations you've visited recently so we can keep our staff, students and the community safe.

If you feel unwell or are suffering flu-like symptoms, please stay at home and visit your nearest COVID-19 testing facility as soon as practical.
