International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) - 17 May

IDAHOT is an annual day to champion sexual and gender diversity and raise awareness of the challenges faced by people who identify as homosexual, bisexual or transgender.

Please join us from 11am for an Opening Address from the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Students), Professor Karen Nelson and a discussion panel: 'The ABC's of the Rainbow' led by Amnesty International including: 

Nina Ashfield USC 2018- Chancellors Medallist
Shelley Clancy- Community member
Benjamin O’Rourke- Relationships Australia Rainbow Counselling
Associate Professor Sandy O’Sullivan- School of Communication and Creative Industries (Research speciality Genderqueer Performance Studies )
Fabienne Agostino- USC Film Society

The event will also feature live music and a BBQ lunch.
