Do you have a teacher or know a USC staff member (or team) who has gone above and beyond to assist students to make the most of their overall university experience?
Nominate them for an ADVANCE AWARD!
Awards will be given in the three categories below for the period from Semester 2, 2017 to Semester 1, 2018 (including Session 8):
ASE award – Advancing the Student Experience
For individual staff or teams who engage with students outside of the classroom or teaching environments to make an outstanding contribution that substantially improves their overall experience at USC.
AQT award – Advancing Quality Teaching
Do you know of a USC teacher (or teaching team) who has had a positive impact on students’ learning? For teaching staff and teaching teams who engage students in quality learning experiences through teaching approaches that substantially improve their learning outcomes.
ABLE award – Advancing the Blended Learning Environment
Do you know of a USC teacher (or teaching team) who has used a combination of face-to-face and online platforms to engage students in high quality learning? For teaching staff, teaching teams and support staff who integrate educational technologies with face-to-face teaching in innovative and engaging ways to substantially improve students’ blended learning experience.
USC students (and staff) can nominate any USC staff member who has positively impacted on your experience at USC in the period from Semester 2, 2017 to Semester 1, 2018.
How to nominate
To nominate a staff member, simply complete the online nomination form. There is no limit to how many different staff members you can nominate, just access the link each time you would like to lodge a nomination.
You can win too – by nominating someone, you go in the draw to win a CO-OP voucher! All nominees will be invited to apply with the best applications in each category receiving an award.
Nominations close on Friday 27 April 2018.
